I just finished an online course with Peggy. It was so informative & so much fun! Peggy is so reinforcing to the human part of the team & that goes a long way to improving our training! The video feedback that Peggy gave each of us was so educational! We could learn from each other throughout the entire course. I highly recommend Peggy's classes!!
